Discussion and/or approval of Resolution 2008-07 to authorize Diane Glanz and David I’Anson to approve transfers of funds between the District’s Desert Commercial Bank accounts. – David I’Anson

Background:

The resolution is to allow the Interim General Manager Diane Glanz and David I’Anson, Finance Manager, to approve fund transfers initiated by Veronica Montoya, Accounting Clerk, and Anita Jones, Human Resources Manager, between the Districts Desert Commercial Bank accounts. This resolution replaces Resolution 2007-16.
