Training, March 6-7, 2008 in
Background:
This training is designed specifically for special district board members to provide information, background, and tools that special district leaders need to effectively govern and advocate on their district’s behalf. The training will provide a solid understanding of the role of a board member and an understanding of the laws that they must follow.
Staff Recommendation:
Approve attendance at the CSDA Board Member Training, March 6-7, 2008 in
Fiscal Impact:
Current funds available from Fund #6120.01.250 – Trustee Support is $12,830.14, which is 53% of the budgeted amount for this line item. This expenditure is approximately 19% of the available balance.
