Approval for President Underwood to attend the California Special Districts Association Electronic Document Management Seminar July 18, 2008, in Santa Monica in an amount not to exceed $550 from Account # 6120.01.250, Trustee Support.
Background:
The CSDA Electronic Document Management Seminar provides attendees with the tools to create a system that will both streamline and upgrade the management of files and records.

Current funds available from Fund #6120.1.250 – Trustee Support is $24,000 which is 100% of the budgeted amount for this line item. This expenditure is approximately 2% of the available balance.
