Resolution 2008-12 Adopting Fiscal Years 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 Budgets for Funds 51115 and 51105 with the County of Riverside – David I’Anson, Finance Manager

Background:

The resolution is for the District to adopt the already approved budgets for FY 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 with the County of Riverside. Pursuant to California Government Code Section 53901, every district, unless exempted by the County Auditor, is required to file with the Office of County Auditor-Controller an itemized estimate of anticipated revenues and appropriations for fiscal year 2008-09. The County worksheets for FY 2007-2008 and FY 2008-2009 are attached. This resolution supersedes 2006-08.

Recommendation:

Staff recommends the acceptance and adoption of Resolution #2008–12.
