A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
COACHELLA VALLEY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT
TO APPOINT AND AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO BE THE
WHEREAS, the Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District
is a political sub-division and a “local agency” of the State of
WHEREAS, to enable the Finance Administrator to transfer funds, both electronically and otherwise, between the four following Desert Commercial Bank accounts of said District: Market Rate, General Checking, Payroll Checking, and Building Fund.
WHEREAS, this Board of Trustees of said District has been granted the statutory authority and responsibility to administer the financial affairs of the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District that the Board of Trustees, subject to the District’s Investment Policy, be appointed and authorized as System Administrator for Desert Commercial Bank Online Banking.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Administrator, subject to the District’s Investment Policy, be authorized to transfer amounts between said District’s following Desert Commercial Bank accounts: Market Rate, General Checking, Payroll Checking, and Building Fund.
