Trustee Sharon Lock represents the City of Palm Springs.  She was appointed to the CVMVCD Board in December 2005.  Trustee Lock served as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee in 2007-2008.  She was elected Secretary/Treasurer July 2008, serves as the Finance Committee Chair and a member of the Executive Committee.  Term Expires:  December 2011
