Trustee Bruce Underwood represents the City of Indian Wells.  He was appointed to the CVMVCD Board in July 2006.  Trustee Underwood served at the Secretary/Treasurer in 2007-2008 and served as the District’s Finance Committee Chair.  He was elected as the Board President July 2008 and serves as the Chair of the Executive Committee.  His term will expire December 2008.
